I would definitely recommend this company. We hired them to do inspections on a potential new place and I was impressed with how thorough they were. No cracked tile or low pressure water fixture was missed. My favorite part was just the plane human to human interaction I had. I didn't feel like anything was missed or fluffed over. They were honest and explained anything I asked about. There were things they could have easily said "it's probably nothing" but they have integrity and didn't do that. I even got some fun pointers about being new to country living. Thanks guys!

They are extremely thorough, feel morally responsible for giving buyers all the pertinent information they can get on their potential purchase, and they are timely and efficient with delivery of a clean, easy to understand final document.

They have provided us with valuable information that made the home buying process much more enjoyable. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking to make an educated and informed home purchase.

Very thorough and detailed in his inspections. Full reports included with pictures and highlighted sections so you don’t miss. Reports also come with recommended fixes and links for repair personnel. I added the sewer borescope even though it’s a new build. It’s an extra $200, but well worth it. Sewer repairs can be up to several thousand dollars. Video is available to you as well at the end. I highly recommend him as a home inspector.

Jake was recommended to me through my real estate agent that I am working with to purchase a home from long distance. Just me as a person, I highly value thoroughness and communication from fellow professionals, and to say I received both from Jake would be an understatement. I really appreciated his thorough feedback and going into it had an opportunity to just take a look at some of his prior reports. In Jake's case with Profound Home Inspections you can and will quite literally buy yourself peace of mind for the future. He left no stone unturned and I'm super pleased after being able to sit down with him for a bit to chat about the home and see the final report.
